Your true birth date and time of birth are whatever date and time it happened to be in your local time zone when you were born. Whatever official date of birth and time of birth that are shown on your birth certificate are all that matter.

Local time. One of our daughters was born at 10:57 p.m. Mountain time on the 16th of that month. Now she lives in the Eastern time zone, where it was 12:57 a.m. on the 17th of that month when she was born - her birthday doesn't change to the next day.
