Are there any interactive online programs to refresh my mathematics skills before I return to college after 4 years?

I am still good at the basics, of course, but I want to refresh my skills in stuff like trigonometry, college algebra, statistics and such? Are there any programs that might be beneficial?

Khan Academy is not interactive, but it is a great set of videos in a very logical order. If you can be dedicated to working some problems (as homework), then it will be fine.

KhanAcademy.org You can review all math through calculus. It is very good for math review. There are others if you google for them, ie: "equation of a line practice exercises", " equation of a circle". Etc.

Type "Brush up trigonometry" in Google. You'll find a lot of references. choose a few of them and brush up your trig. Do the same thing for college algebra and statistics. There is no single web site that'd do it all.

I think that Khan Academy is excellent and free. Try it at the link below. https://www.khanacademy.org/

How about review books designed for passing exams?
