There's no such thing as accidental anal sex. That is entirely deliberate.

Whenever I've made this "mistake", my partner made it clear that I was where I shouldn't be, and made sure I didn't even get it part way in. It doesn't "slip" into an anus. If you forced the issue, you might well find yourself accused of rape.
