Laser's are all high frequency. They lase light in the 300 THz region. That is a period of about 1/300e12 = 3e-15 or 3 fs. So just buy one. There are UV lasers that work at 10 nm wavelength, which is 3 PHz, and a period of 3e-16 or 0.3 fs.
