I've watched this movie the most in my life so far, and I'll never ever will get tired of watching it, it's probably the greatest movie ever made in history.

Period after "watching it." And you should delete the word "will" before "get"; the word "I'll" already contains "will".

The first one after "far" is OK but the second one should be removed, replaced with a period or a semi-colon.

What you have is a run-on sentences; you're running two sentences together. Do it his way: I've watched this movie the most in my life so far, and I'll never ever will get tired of watching it. it's probably the greatest movie ever made in history.

You need a period or semi-colon after "watching it" because you're connecting a new clause. "I'll never get tired of watching it"- you have an extra "will" in there, and "never ever" is too informal.
