Would it be possible to build a wireless transmitter and receiver from a couple diagrams in a week? I need it for a school project. Here are the diagrams:

No ! You cannot do because no such main parts in market, has to be homemade.

I agree, there is not even close to enough info there to build those. And you would need a first rate machine shop and electrical shop and years of experience besides. Find something much simpler.
