An sss number is not a US social security number. It is from the Philippines. Try a web search or ask in a forum where this is on topic.

Go to the local SS office and provide them with a Drivers license # and a birth certificate or government issued document. You might be able to find it by going to your bank and asking to see your file. Or look at your tax return.
