Could you please tell me the difference in meaning between anymore and any more?

To this elderly Scots pedant, there is no such word as 'anymore'.

I'd describe it as the difference between at all (anymore) and with additional consideration or thought (any more).

"anymore", as one word, refers to time: "I don't think she will listen to me anymore." "any more" as two words, refers to quantity -- like, say, cookies. "Thank you. I don't want to eat any more cookies!"

I don't like him anymore. I do not want any more tea.

Well it would be like used in a sentence, I won't be doing that anymore, or I won't be eating any more of those bad fish. It's subtle difference, maybe none.
