So if I jumped off of a building and land head first on the pavement, how would it work? Would it just suddenly go black? Would I feel pain or would it be too fast?

You will probably have passed out from the anxiety before reaching the pavement.

it would be very painful and it could end up paralyzing you, so if you tried that your life could end up much worse than you think it is now, so i suggest you get some help if you feel that way
