So I do have a vape, and I have to go in for an X-ray soon, can the ray cause a significant risk of cancer by reacting somehow with the vape juice in my body? I’m getting an X-ray if my pelvis by the way

X-eays rarely cause an increased cancer risk. Inless you work with them on a daily basis without taking safety precautions. Vaping will have no effect on the xrays but could have a negative impact on your health.
