When I get my prescriptions filled I am given a whole list of possible side effects, and instructions about what to do if a dosage was missed. It is surprising how many people simply throw all that valuable information away.

I take mine at night and have been for over 10 years. If I forget it, I just skip it and take it that night as I should BUT the person you should be asking is either your pharmacist or doctor, not random friendly strangers.
