I am 5'8 and 128kg. my current goal is to reach 100kg cause that's when more of my muscle show

You're so full of chit I can smell you from here. At 5'8" your target weight is around 150lbs (68kg). You're delusional if you think anyone who's 70lbs overweight (at 5'8") is showing any muscle.. LOL...

That depends on how much muscle you have. 100kg could be a good goal if you have a lot of muscle, but if you do not have much muscle, I would recommend maybe going down to 70-80 kg (while maintaining muscle) and then building more muscle from there.
