What's the best indoor workout to do that doesn't require any equipment?

Get one of those apps on your phone that gives you a series of exercises to do.

Pilates is a great workout. Also, old fashion calisthenics (pushups, situps, jumping jacks, squat thrusts, etc.) is great for getting in shape, although it doesn't really build strength like pilates will.

Planks, pushups, lunges, squats, running in place. Just those will get you started.
