15/6 reduces to 5/2 which equals 2.5 then 2.5 + 7 = 9.5 -- answer.

15 divided by 6 = 2.5. 2.5 + 7 = 9.5. If you are in 3rd grade and can't do simple math, you should ask to be sent back to 2nd grade.
