Meaning i have an 89 in a class and was wondering if colleges see the 89 of just that it’s a B, thanks.

They see what is on your high school transcript. You can request an unofficial copy of your transcript at the guidance officer at your school

They see whatever is on the high school transcripts. If the high school publishes only a letter grade, and the college really wants to see a numerical grade, they can had it over to their underpaid math teaching assistants to have a conversion done.
