Are Rh negatives allergic to mosquito bites?

I'm Rh O Negative and I react to these bites so I'm wondering if the same applies to the rest of the Negatives.

The Rhesus factor has nothing to do with allergies.

Not to worry,, no. However, Rh negative people can get AIDS by French kissing.
