Wear whatever makes you comfortable. I think briefs are very sexy, some people don't. I do believe that the support you get from briefs is good for you.

Wear whatever's comfortable. I personally could never find any comfortable underwear so I gave up wearing any underwear when I was 15. I love the comfort of not wearing underwear and I've never had any problems.

Nothing wrong with briefs most guys wear them. If you have comfort issues, get some low rise, pouch style briefs-- fit like a glove and have a roomy pouch for your mansized gear. Look sexy as well. Get no fly version, just pull down the front to pee.
