Your and you're?

Are they pronounced the same way or differently? I have always pronounced them differently but it seems like native speakers pronouce them the same way, or do you?

In southern Britain both words sound the same. I cannot vouch for other parts of the world-wide English speaking community.

In Scotland we pronounce 'your' rather like 'yore', but 'you're' is more like 'yoo-er'.
