Are underwater volcanos affecting sea level rise?

Do they spew out lava from inside Earrh that cools in the oceans, causing mass that needs to be displaced?

Yes, but only very marginally. They're not producing enough new land right now to noticeably increase sea levels.

No, because ocean floor is also subducting under the continents at the same time.

They do technically raise the water level, because the lava is displacing water (an eentsy teentsy tiny amount). However, in the grand scheme of things, they have absolutely nothing to do with the sea level rise that we are observing.
