Disturbed bedtime routine?

So I'm 30 male unemployed everyday I go to bed like 7am and woke up at 14pm or 16pm sometimes 19pm. I do nothing on everyday please don't judge me I having really hard times this insomnia is just killing me how I can fix my sleeping without meds?

Try finding work where you start at 8AM. Little by little try sleeping at what is considered a normal working person's hours. 11PM to 7 AM is the average population's sleeping hours.

Focus on self love, excersise, eating right, no caffeine, and dealing with the problems that keep you up in a healthy confronting way so you don't think about it anymore.

stay up as late as you can instead of 7AM go to bed 3 hours later each day until you get to bed at 8-9PM then set alarm for morning. If living with family get out, having rent due helps you find work.
