If you're going to write that sentence somewhre formal, it probably should be, "In the movie, "To Kill a Mocking Bird", (etc.)" Otherwise, it doesn't matter much. People will still know what you're saying.

You can use quotation marks, or you can italicise. It doesn't matter, as long as you make it clear what the full title of the movie or book is.

They're all correct but the trend nowadays is toward 1, perhaps because the meaning is clear without additional punctuation.
