What punctuation mark should go between "are" and "I" in this sentence?

"I don't care how good the Warriors are I believe my Rockets have a chance of beating them."

    A comma.

    A sentence is a complete thought. You have two complete thoughts, so either make that two sentences or put a semi colon after "are." Putting a comma there would make it a run-on sentence = grammatical error.
