I once saw this girl have a seziure in public but when she gained concioness she said she actually had no idea what just happen and did not even reliase or remember she had a seziure

Yes. When someone has a seizure you should place the person in a sidelying position, move away any furniture or things that will cause harm around the area of the person and lastly make loose of clothing.
