I have not hit a growth spurt yet, no beard or much facial hair, and my voice is medium dark, would it be possible to grow 5 cm during the span of 3 months if I drink a lot of milk and exercise swim and cycle during the break? Thanks

It is possible IF your growth plates are still open. Drinking milk or swimming would make no difference. You did not state your current height.
