Atheists, why does nature have laws? Without it, randomness should occur please. How come we don't Randomly react to everything please?

The basis of the "laws" of nature is observations made by scientists. They are not "laws" such as are made by the legislatures of countries.

There are no "laws". Laws are human perception of how atoms interact due to their chemical makeup.
