No, you were born in the 2000's, but you're still part of the 20th century - not the 21st - because there was no year 0... it started in the year 1 - so, January 1, 2001 is the first day of the 21st century.

The old y2k with a new twist, you were no born in 90 anything you were born in 2000, but IMHO you were born in the 20th century!
