Set a dream and live to it

I would not say that, which is not the same as declaring it incorrect. I don't live "to" a dream, and I don't "set" a dream, myself. I set goals and aim for them. I create a dream and I pursue it, perhaps.

It doesn't make sense, the way it's worded. You don't "set" a dream. A dream is something your mind concocts on its own. "Set yourself a goal and pursue it, try to achieve it" is probably what you're meaning to say.

It is grammatically correct. It probably isn't the best way to say what you mean, but it's not wrong. You can set a clock and live to it; a dream is only a metaphor. I don't see anything wrong with it.
