Go see a doctor immediately basal cell and squamous cell cancers begin exactly like that! And the forehead is one of their favorite places to begin.

Drain it and apply antibiotic ointment to it.

Depends what sort of odd color. Mop it up with a tissue and see if it heals. Ring doctor if it doesn't.
