    No. Consume hydrogen in your food and breathe and you have the components for water, for example.

    On the logic of a simple statement, yes. But, the body uses the food to create and build more cells. That is where the weight comes from. A person drinks fluids (water) and that is "trapped", so to speak, in the cells. Ergo, weight gain.
