When I smoke, i start getting stomach pains and tend to have bowel issues. Does it correlate?

STOP smoking and see if those issues go away. Smoking is about the <<worst>> thing you can do to your body. IF it does not kill you, it will make your life miserable before you die - cancer, heart disease, amputations lots of lung problems.
