Why do my breast look like there sagging?

I’m 17, I’ve never worn a ‘proper’ bra just sport bras. I think I have smallish to medium boobs? They point downward. Shouldn’t they be perky since I’m young?

Gravity... Boobs are NOT "perky".. Does not matter how young you are. There's nothing there to "hold them up". The only "perky" boobs are small or fake ones. Real boobs sag

Breasts are mainly Fatty tissue. Fat cannot be perky!!!

Not all boobs are perky just because they are young. But I guarantee you a guy will find them beautiful.

Your probably just being to self conscious, but try on a push up bra and see if that helps.
