If you would have 6 knives of different size and a knife block with 6 holes of different size. What would the probability be that it fits?

    The 6 knives should have 6P6=6! different arrangements & only 1 can fit the knife block, thus P( it fits)=1/6!=1/720=0.0014 approximately.

    The probability is zero. None of the knives fit any of the holes. The probability is 100 percent. All of the knives "fit" all of the holes. Definitions and assumptions need to be properly applied AND reasonable.
