no, thats dumb. you need carbs just not so much. limit your calories per day. gotta keep track of everything.

In the last 5 weeks I've lost at least 25 lbs. I fasted 3 days 3 different times. I do intermittent fasting the other days. Eating salad and some meat. No carbs and ignoring anything else is not the answer.
