Is this sentence grammatically incorrect: "Rhone-Alpes is located in Eastern France and Southeastern France"?

If yes, then please state the name of the grammatical error.

    It is OK. You could omit the repetition of France but that is a matter of style rather than grammar, or recast it like this: Rhone-Alpes is located on the eastern border of France, towards the south of the country.
