I'd rather people use the statement-with-a-question-mark format than the when-will-[group]-realize format. That one's especially obnoxious, and tends to attract ugly discussion.

They just want to express their deep thought, people need to cool,calm outside but the inside who knows

People have no one else to talk to or have a conversation with and this makes them feel important. It is a bit sad really, so don't hate them too much.
