What if i go to the gym 5 times a week but i don’t eat completely healthy? Also, i eat dessert and other food in a deficit.?

You can be physically fit on practically any diet with enough calories and protein as long as you’re regularly active. Just don’t expect to be healthy with the diet you’re on. Health and physical fitness are two separate things.
