Can a corneal Abrasion cause dyslexia?

Dyslexia might develop after an abrasion, but it would be coincidental. Dyslexia is a hiccup in the brain's perception of the written word, not in the sufferer's eyesight as such.

I have not heard of that being a cause, but this does not mean that it cannot happen. It would be surprising if it did, is all.

No. The abrasion is likely to remain the rest of the persons life, and it would just askew it, not dismorph it like you suggest.

No. Dyslexia does not stem from damaged eyesight, it's a neurological problem.
