I have a degree in chemistry and another in chemical engineering. I am in an engineering titled job, so I go with that. However, when I need to render information on pure chemistry, I tell people that I am a chemist.

Did you own a engineer seal to stamp on document ? If you have one, you are engineer. Otherwise, you are not.
