There *probably* is, but right now, we don’t have any evidence of life anywhere beyond Earth... Like you, I think the chances for life are numerous out there, but... until we find any, we just have to keep looking for evidence.

Absolutely & more than just legal and illegal ones. Aliens from outer space - yes. There are several species that we are aware of. The Greys, the Tall Whites, and there are others. Some friendly, some not so friendly.

im pretty sure too that we are not alone, and some scientist said that we are alien too, we are genetically engineered by aliens from other galaxy to become their slave for gold mining. they used the gold for some parts of their spaceships.
