hi how would i know if my tooth infection has spread or entered my blood stream, i have a dentist appointment july 2nd, extremely scared its too late?

If you are feeling sick then its possible. Do you have a fever? Is your heart rate elevated? Are you confused? If you are feeling any of these symptoms then I would seek out medical care immediately.

You may call ahead and request an antibiotic, most dentists won't work on a tooth if it's infected anyway.

Extreme pain, swollen face, flu like symptoms and feel like death. It has not happened.
