I think SOME do. But those are prolly the ones who feel bad about like hurting everyone that gets close to the, "they can't help it", blah blah blah most probably don't.

Some do but care less who they harm. Most don't.

Maybe they are not toxic but other people think they are.

They are rarely that self aware. They mostly think others are the problem and never really understand why bad things seem to keep happening to them.
