It is a normal height, and ppeople's heights vary. An average male height for men in the US is somewhere around 5'10", so the height that you listed is above average, but well in the range of what would be considered normal.

No it is what is known as an outlier. I don't know the percentages but I'm going to guess one in 400 people are that height or taller.

That’s obviously much above average bordering on freaky tall. Average is 5’9-10
