I'm not a morning person. But if I put off working out until the end of the day, I won't do it. How can I get my workout in?

      Anonymous Do it mid day. You didn't say you were working, so mid day would be ideal.

      Anonymous What you need is self control. Either get up and do it, or suck it up and do it at end of day.
