Cut out all "processed" foods, and/or anything with artificial ingredients. Avoid junk like Gatorade, energy drinks and breakfast cereal. Eat steamed vegetables with brown rice, and use olive oil as a substitute for butter.

Of course a CT scan would come back "normal". A CT scan can't diagnose dementia. A scan can show only an injury to the brain or a brain tumor. The odds that an 18 year old would have dementia are about one million to one.

There is a difference between dementia and stupidity. A CT scan will not reveal stupidity.

A CT scan can't rule out dementia, but if you're concerned about this a psychiatrist should probably be your first stop.
