Hahah dude don't. I used an electric shaver one time and my sac got stuck in the blades and was bleeding like crazy .

Yes. Just make sure you use a penis health creme that contains Vitamin E afterward to prevent razor burn and other irritations... this is unpleasant, unsightly and inconvenient. These cremes help a lot though.. just google them.
