Don't eat sugar, grains, or processed foods. Eat fresh, natural, whole foods. Eat when hungry. Stop when full.

you can't you put it on slowly it comes off slowly.. diet and exercise are the key

You probably didn't gain it quickly. What makes you believe you can lose it quickly? Weight loss requires patience and discipline. It doesn't sound like being in a great hurry is compatible with those.

Losing weight quickly ultimately lasts a short time and you end up gaining quicker and MORE when you stop. There is no quick fix. Start eating better and working out.
