Why can't our eyes spin upside down?

So obviously there are pulleys that make them move up down and side to side but why can't they spin?

There are muscles that move the eyes, not pulleys. and muscles can't spin. Can you spin your head or your arms or legs?

They can YOU just have to spin really fast first and THEN your eyes will spin!

They can. But only once. Then they will break.
