What is this insect?

It's about 2 cm in length, tannish, and very attracted to light. I can't find it anywhere on the internet.

It looks like an insect of order Megaloptera. It looks a bit like a dobsonfly, but the jaws aren't the large ones I would expect to see on a dobsonfly (even a female). Someone else will give a better answer to the question.
