What should I eat for breakfast on a low-carb diet?

Egg white omelet with veggies, oatmeal (keep your carbs very low the rest of the day), greek yogurt, fish (I never could hack it for breakfast), protein shake.

Scrambled eggs, and 1 cup of fruit. Greek light and fit yogurt, 1 slice of raisin toast 1 cup of Multi-Grain Cherrios topped with blueberries

You don't have to go low carb. There is only ONE carbohydrate that you have to severely limit or avoid: fructose. This means sugar, HFCS, honey, nectar, juice, molasses, maple syrup and white flour products (most breads, crackers and pastas).
