Quite common, people eat the junk that is advertised, presuming it is good for them, not realizing, it is good for profits and doctors, not healthy for them.....a hard concept for many......

I think that they are sad and often times should be taken more seriously than people take them

Too much meat cause the spirit to be hot and loose balance. Addiction to eating.
